Denounces disposal of dredged spoils at the mud dump site off Sandy Hook by the Army Corps of Engineers and memorializes the Govenor, Attorney General and Commissioner of DEP to initiate legal action in the federal courts to block resumption of this deplorable ocean dumping project.
